A non-profit society that comprises a tightly-knitted community of OCD patients, caregivers, professionals and passionate youths. They provide support services, cohesion activities and a closely-knit community to those struggling with OCD.


What they do

1. Caregiver Unite Against OCD

A caregiver support and educational group set up to educate and empower caregivers in their journey of caring for a loved one with OCD, while boosting their resilience and reminding them that they are not alone.

2. Empowerment Mentorship

Aims to impart to persons-in-recovery essential skills and information that would allow them to pursue their aspirations, advocate for themselves, deal with difficult situations or improve their mental well-being.

3. OCD Network Support Kakis

A peer support group set up with the aim to support persons struggling with OCD through the sharing pf stories and facilitating fun and insightful interactions.

4. Events, workshops and activities

OCDNetwork also organises ad-hoc events such as art-jamming sessions, carnivals, and forums with schools. They hope to organise more events related to mindfulness, wellness, self-care and resilience.

OCD is one of the most common mental disorders in Singapore

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) affects 1 in every 28 Singaporeans in their lifetime

The term "OCD" has been used very loosely and inaccurately in recent years, adding to the stigma against the disorder. In reality, OCD is defined by:

(1) Obsessions - recurrent, persistent ideas, images or impulses and
(2) Compulsions - mental/physical acts that are repetitive and purposeful, performed in response to an obsession.

These behaviours are often attempts to reduce the anxiety caused by the obsession.
