The PleaseStay. Movement is an advocacy group calling for unity and support to prevent suicide among young people.

The founders of the the PleaseStay.Movement often share their stories of grief, loss, hope and resilience through videos, sharing their perspectives on mental health and suicide prevention.
Produced to commemorate World Suicide Prevention Day 2020.13 pairs of shoes belonging to young people lost to suicide, with voices of parents recalling memories, hopes and dreams and suicide.
They advocate for a national strategy led by a dedicated agency and the government for greater effectiveness in coordination and implementation.
They help collate services to support young people and those who have been bereaved by suicide. This includes support for youths, grief support and resources for wellness & self-help.


The origins of PleaseStay.Movement
Doreen and Elaine helped to set up the PleaseStay movement in Singapore, addressing youth mental health and suicide.
