A Library of Unspoken Stories
A series of 6 modular workshops largely for peers with the lived experience of a mental health condition. Each module is focused on supporting the peer through a different stage of their recovery journey.
(a) Virtual Coffee and Circle of We
Safe spaces where peers are able to openly share their thoughts and concerns. These sessions are for those involved to be a listening ear or learn from each other.
A community outreach project that celebrates the journey of mental health recovery through visual imagery.
A series of dialogues which saw youths, parents and the community engage in open and meaningful conversations on mental health.
Offers a unique, honest and up-close experience with their Human Books, as they share their innermost thoughts about their journeys of mental health recovery, self-empowerment and resilience building.
