A ground-up initiative that aims to improve mental health literacy, mental care and mental motivation amongst Singaporean youths.
What they do
1. Telegram Peer Support Group
They run a digital publication of firsthand local narratives of persons-in-recovery, caregivers and mental health professionals to keep mental health conversations going.
2. Collaborations + Talks
They give talks/consultations to tertiary institutions/individuals who share the cause for mental health education and empowerment.
3. Writing Workshops
They run writing workshops for wellness, which include journalling/ narrative writing workshops for schools and the workplace. These workshops are informed by evidence-based practices in narrative and cognitive therapy
4. Reviews + Resources
They publish mental-health related resources. and have a mental health FAQ "Unravelled".
